Our Pune office for Essar Steel Ltd is located at 17/5, Shraddha Garden. We are right across from the Tata Motors plant in Chinchwad. The pincode for this area is 411033. Being in Chinchwad means we are right in the middle of a big industrial hub. You can hear the sounds of the city and the nearby factories all day. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve made a home for ourselves here in Shraddha Garden. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few rooms where we handle the administrative side of the steel business. We aren't making the steel here in Pune; we are more of a support and coordination center. There are a lot of us who have been here for years, so we know the routine well. It’s a lot of data entry, phone calls, and managing schedules. We don’t really do anything flashy or corporate. It's just about making sure the work gets done right. Sometimes the traffic near Tata Motors makes it hard to get in on time, but we manage. We like the area because everything you need is close by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want a place where we can sit down, do our jobs, and keep the business moving. It’s a straightforward, honest kind of workplace for all of us and we enjoy the daily routine of being in this busy part of the city.
