We are over here in Pimpre, right near the Telco Road area. Our office is in the Anthariksha Housing Society, which is a pretty quiet spot most days, though the traffic near Ajmear Chowk can get a bit loud during the rush hours. Being in Flat 204 at House No-A-7 means we see a lot of the neighbors coming and going. It’s just a regular setup where we handle all the construction paperwork and planning. Most of the time, the team is out on-site, but someone is usually around the flat to check the mail or take a phone call. Pune has changed a lot lately, and being in this part of town keeps us close to the industrial side of things. It's not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a standard residential flat converted for our work needs. We’ve been at this for a while now, dealing with the local suppliers and keeping track of the different projects we have going on around the city. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a practical place to work from. We don't have a big reception area or anything. Just desks, some old files, and a lot of blueprints lying around. It works for us. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished and heading home. That’s pretty much how we run things here in Pune.
