You can find us over in Hadapsar, specifically at Flat No-A-2 in the Satyaraj Estate. We are right by Magar Ali and Samrat Chowk, which is always a busy part of this side of Pune. The office is really just a flat where we keep everything organized. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen area for breaks. Working out of Satyaraj Estate is convenient because there are plenty of small shops and places to grab a quick lunch nearby. The traffic at Samrat Chowk can be a real headache in the evenings, but that’s just Pune for you. We focus on construction projects across the region, but this is where the planning and the boring stuff like payroll happens. It’s not a shiny new office block, just a solid building where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Most people who visit us are local contractors or delivery guys. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lobby areas. We just go about our business day by day, making sure the projects stay on track. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses, so it’s a friendly place to be based. We like the local feel of Hadapsar and it suits the way we operate. There is nothing special about the space, but it is where the real work gets done.
