You’ll find us at 208 Miranagar, right off Bund Garden Road, near where Anckel Chinize is. It’s a decent area and we’ve been here for a good while now. We do building work and development, mostly focusing on the local streets we know. Our office is pretty plain. We haven't spent much on decorating it because we’d rather be out at the sites making sure things are moving along. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don’t have those glossy brochures or a team of sales people. Usually, if you want to know something, you just talk to the guy in charge. Bund Garden Road is always busy, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve worked on a variety of projects, some big and some just small fixes. We don’t pick and choose too much; if it’s a job we can do, we take it. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with deliveries and workers, but we manage. We aren’t the type to use big words or make grand promises. We just tell you what we can do and when we can do it. It’s a practical way to run a business. If you’re in the neighborhood and see the 208 sign, that’s us. We’re usually there unless we’re grabbing a quick lunch nearby. We like the work and the people we meet every day.
