Tata Green Battery

We’ve been here at Taco House on Damle Path for a while. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls about car batteries or people stopping by because their vehicle won’t start. It gets a bit busy around here, especially being just off Law College Road. If you know the Erandwane area, you know how the traffic can be during rush hour. Most days we have grease on our hands by noon. We deal with the Tata Green Battery range mostly. People come in looking for something that won’t die on them in the middle of a bad monsoon storm. Some days are slower than others. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the next delivery truck to show up or checking the inventory. It’s a simple setup. We have the racks lined up with different sizes for everything from bikes to those big SUVs you see everywhere now. Damle Path isn’t hard to find once you get off the main road. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but the daily work stays about the same. People just need reliable power for their vehicles, and we help them get it sorted. Sometimes we’re out back sorting through old stock or helping a neighbor. If the door is open, just walk right in. We don’t do much fancy talk here anyway. We just check the voltage, see if the unit is really dead, and tell you what actually needs doing. That’s how things run day in and day out.
