Arwade Infrastructure Ltd.

Our office is located at Arwade House in the Sanskriti Shilp building. We are in units 501-502, right across from the Jeevan Jyot Mandal School. It’s just off Karve Road in the Erandwane area. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding trees, though mostly we are just looking at computer screens and piles of paper. The sound of children playing at the school across the way is a constant backdrop to our day. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is out of service, but thankfully that doesn't happen too often. At Arwade Infrastructure, we spend a lot of time on phone calls and drawing up plans. The office has that typical smell of old files and printer ink. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where most of the gossip happens during the lunch hour. Karve Road is always buzzing with traffic, so we usually try to leave a bit early to beat the evening rush. It’s not a flashy place, just a regular office with desks that have seen better days and a few plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. We keep the doors open sometimes to let a breeze in. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group over time.
