There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business, which isn't the fun part, but it’s necessary. We have a small staff, and we all pitch in with everything. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a customer calls with a tricky problem, we all sit down and figure it out. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite friendly. You see kids playing in the street and people heading to the local shops. We try to keep our operations simple and straightforward.
