Our spot is in Flat No. 3 at Sai Vihar in Pimple Gurav. It is near Surya Nagar and the Sadguru Jungli Maharaj Nagar area. If you are from Pune, you know this neighborhood is a mix of old and new buildings. Being in a flat instead of a big office block makes things feel a lot more relaxed for the team at Enmas Andritz Pvt. Ltd. We have enough room for the computers and the files, and that is about all we need. The building is on Sr. No. 71/1A, and it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely for the Sai Vihar sign. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though the Pune traffic noise can be a bit much sometimes. It is a decent walk to the main road where you can find some good lunch spots. We spend most of our time looking at technical data and making sure the engineering side of things is handled properly. It is not a glamorous setup, but it is practical. Most of the staff live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to people going all the way to Hinjewadi. We just focus on our own tasks and try to keep the workflow steady throughout the week. It feels like a regular house most of the time, just with more paperwork and blueprints scattered around the living area.
