Engaged

Our workspace is located in Flat No. 6 of the Nakul Apartments, which is part of the Rao Colony in Talegaon Dabhade. It is a residential area in the Pune district, so it feels more like a home than a traditional office. The building is called Nakul Appts, and it is a quiet little spot away from the main highway noise. Working out of a flat means we have a kitchen and a balcony, which is nice for when we need to take a breather and look at the hills in the distance. Talegaon has a decent climate, though it can get pretty chilly in the winter mornings. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just come up the stairs and ring the bell. Inside, we have converted the rooms into workspaces with desks and chairs squeezed in wherever they fit. It is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot of paperwork piled up, but it works for us. The neighbors in the colony are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and don't stay too late into the evening. It’s a very local feel, and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. We like the simplicity of being in a residential neighborhood. It keeps us grounded and reminds us that we are just people working in a quiet corner of Pune.
