Eng Consulting Private Limited is based in Pune, over at Office 203 in Gran Exito. If you know Ghorpadi, you know the Kawade Road area can get pretty busy with traffic. We’re right in the middle of that. The office is a decent space where we spend most of our time looking at consulting problems. It is not some high-rise with glass walls, just a regular office building where people show up to work every morning. We deal with various consulting bits, trying to keep things moving for the people who hire us. Some days it’s quiet, and other days we are all talking over each other trying to figure out a solution. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to do the work right. Being in Pune means we get a lot of different types of projects coming through the door. We’ve got a small crew here. Everyone knows their job. We don’t have those long meetings that go nowhere. We usually just grab a chai, sit down, and get into the files. Kawade Road has changed a lot since we started, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a practical place to work from. There is a lot of back and forth with clients, mostly just explaining how things stand without any sugarcoating. We just keep our heads down and handle the consulting side of things as they come.
