Endurance Transmission System Pvt Ltd Chakan Midc Pune

Our main operations are usually over at Chakan MIDC, but the registered side of things for Endurance Transmission System is handled out of Katraj. We're based at the Rajas Housing Society, specifically plot 223. It's actually R. D. Velapure’s place. It might seem a bit odd to have a transmission business linked to a housing society address, but that's how we set it up. We do a lot of work with gears and systems for vehicles. Pune is a big hub for this kind of stuff, especially with the factories out in Chakan. We spend a lot of time commuting back and forth. The Katraj office is more for the paperwork and keeping things official. It's a busy area with lots of families around. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the plot. We’ve been operating this way for a bit now. We aren't a massive corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a practical setup. We know the neighbors. The work we do is technical, focusing on how power moves in machines. It's grease and metal mostly. We keep our head down and get the orders filled. Sometimes we have meetings at the society, but usually, we are on-site at the plants. It's a lot of coordination. We just try to make sure everything runs smoothly without too much fuss. Being in Pune 46 is convenient for some of us who live on this side of town. It is a long drive to Chakan though.
