Endurance Technologies Limited

Our facility is located out in the MIDC area at Plot B13. We are in Village Nighoje, which is part of the Khed Taluka in the Pune district. It’s a bit of a drive out here, near Rajgurunagar and Chakan, but this is where all the industrial action happens. Endurance Technologies Limited is a big operation compared to a local garage, but the feeling on the floor is still very much about the work. We have large machines running all day long. The building is huge, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze with all the different sections for manufacturing and testing. Even though we are a bigger company, the people working here are just regular folks from the surrounding villages and Pune. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day, making parts that go into vehicles all over the country. It gets noisy with all the heavy equipment, and the pace is usually quite fast. We have to keep a close eye on the production lines. Outside, the MIDC roads are always full of trucks carrying raw materials or finished products. It’s a very different environment than a quiet village street. There is always a lot of dust from the construction happening nearby. We just focus on getting the shifts done and making sure the parts are what they need to be. It’s a long day for most of us, but seeing the finished work stacked up makes it feel worth it.
