We are located at 25, Krishna Kutti in Sainath Colony, which is over in Talegaon Dabhade. It’s a nice enough area, mostly quiet with a lot of local families living around us. The building we use, Krishna Kutti, is more of a traditional structure rather than a modern office block. We’ve been operating Endurance Systems from here for quite some time now. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We show up, have a bit of a chat over tea, and then get to work on whatever projects are currently on our plate. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with magazines. Usually, you’ll just see someone at a desk working on a laptop or checking some papers. Talegaon has a very specific feel to it, and we are glad to be away from the heavy congestion of the bigger cities. The office is a bit small, and we have a lot of stuff tucked into the corners, but it works for us. We don't feel the need to have a polished corporate image. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to do a good job. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes it hard to get around, but we just take those things in stride. We don't have a big mission statement or any promotional slogans. We just focus on being practical and getting through our work efficiently every day. It’s a modest setup but it suits the way we like to work.
