Encon Consulting Engineers

Encon Consulting Engineers is based out of an office in Clover Highlands. That’s in the Kondhwa area of Pune, right near NIBM. It’s a busy part of the city, but our building is a bit tucked away from the main road noise. We’ve been at 16/11 for a few years now. We are just a handful of engineers who enjoy solving technical problems. Our space is usually covered in drawings and piles of notes. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, we just make a pot of tea and get to work on the computers. Pune is a great place for engineering, though the traffic in Kondhwa can be a real pain during rush hour. We try to keep our advice simple and easy to understand. There’s no point in using big words just to sound smart. If a plan doesn’t work, we say so. We’ve all been in this field for a while, so we’ve seen plenty of things go wrong and right. We are just regular people who happen to be good at math and structural stuff. Most of our days are spent checking figures and talking to site managers. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Maharashtra, just a reliable one that people can actually talk to. If you need us, we're usually here until late evening. It's just what we do.
