Enarch Associates

We’ve been tucked away in Erandwane for quite some time now, specifically over at Mahesh Tenament. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. Most mornings start with the sound of the traffic outside and a quick tea before we get into the drawings. Enarch Associates isn't some big corporate office with glass walls and fancy suits. We’re just a small group of people who spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and trying to figure out how to make things fit. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with rolls of paper everywhere, but that’s just how we work. People from around the neighborhood drop by sometimes to ask about a small change to their house or just to see what we are up to. We spend a lot of our day on the phone with contractors or looking at site photos. It’s not always glamorous. There are days when nothing seems to line up right on the screen. But we keep at it. Erandwane has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and cars every year. Being here at Mahesh Tenament feels right because we are close to the projects we handle. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some old computers, and a lot of pens. We try to be practical about things. If someone needs a wall moved or a new room planned, we just look at the space and tell them what’s possible.
