Ena Realty Private Limited

Ena Realty Private Limited has several spots over in the Modern Pride building. We use Shop Numbers 103, 409, 410, and 492. It is located in Nana Peth on Nehru Road. Having spaces on different floors is a bit unusual, but it’s how we’ve grown over time. We mostly do our main work from one of the upper offices, but the ground floor shop is good for when people just want to walk in and ask a question. Nana Peth is a very crowded and old part of the city. There are a lot of narrow lanes and shops everywhere. We deal with a lot of local property here, like small commercial units or older residential buildings. It’s a different kind of real estate work than you find in the newer suburbs. Everything is very close-knit. We know a lot of the shopkeepers on Nehru Road. Our daily routine involves a lot of walking back and forth between our different units in the building. It keeps us active, I guess. We spend a lot of time dealing with old property records and helping people figure out their titles. It’s complicated work sometimes because these buildings have been here for decades. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything. It’s just desks and chairs and piles of paper. We just try to be helpful and get the job done for whoever walks through the door. It is what it is.
