Empire Estate Pune

It is a bit funny because the name says Pune but we are actually located in Chincholi. That is over in Sinnar, which is part of the Nashik district. It is a bit of a drive from the main city areas. Our office at Empire Estate Pune is surrounded by a lot of open land and fields. It gets very quiet out here, which is nice if you want to focus on things. We have a small group of people working here every day. We usually bring our own lunches because there are not many places to eat nearby. The office itself is pretty basic. We have got some chairs that have seen better days and a few computers. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit until it comes back. The air is much cleaner here than it is in Pune or Nashik city. Most of us have been working together for years. We know each other’s families and what is going on in the village. It is a slow pace of life, but we like it that way. We do not have any big slogans or goals. We just show up in the morning, do what is on the list for the day, and then head home to our families. The road leading up to the office can be a bit rough after the monsoon, but we are used to it.
