Emirus

Emirus has an office on the Baner Link Road, near Bangur Nagar. The address says Goregaon West too, which can be a bit confusing for people sometimes, but we are right there at Sr No 107 on Baner Road. It’s a fast-paced area with new buildings going up everywhere you look. Our office reflects that energy. It’s usually pretty busy with people coming in and out to check on their files. We have a decent setup with desks and some areas to meet with clients, but it’s definitely a working office, not a showroom. There are always papers being shuffled and phones ringing. We don’t go in for much decoration or fancy carpets. The focus is on the work. Baner is a hub for a lot of activity, so we are always hearing about new developments or changes in the local scene. We have a small team of people who actually live around here, so we don't have to travel far to get to work. We know the traffic patterns and the best places to grab a quick coffee during the afternoon slump. We aren't a massive firm with a board of directors. We are just a group of people trying to manage real estate and development tasks efficiently. Most days we are just trying to stay on top of the schedule and make sure the projects stay on track. It is a lot of work, but we like the pace.
