Emerson Innovation Center

Our center is situated at Plot No. 23 in Phase-2 of Hinjewadi. We are right near the big Infosys campus, so the whole area is filled with IT people and tech workers. It’s a busy part of Pune, and the roads can be a real headache during the morning rush. Inside our building, the atmosphere is a bit different. It’s mostly engineers and people working on technical designs. We have a lot of labs and testing areas where we try to figure things out. It’s not a very flashy place, just a lot of desks, whiteboards, and equipment. We spend our days looking at data or trying to get a prototype to work right. The Innovation Center sounds like a big name, but for us, it’s just where we come to solve problems. Sometimes we stay late because a project is stuck, and other times we are out early to beat the rain. There’s a lot of coffee being drunk and plenty of technical talk in the hallways. We don’t really do much in the way of sales or marketing here; it’s all about the engineering side of things. The neighborhood has a lot of food spots, so we usually head out for a quick bite during lunch. It’s a focused environment, but it still feels like a regular workplace where everyone is just trying to get their jobs done before the day ends.
