Emco Ltd

Our little office is located in Pune near the Prashant area. We have been operating as Emco Ltd for many years now, and we even have the date 8/9/2007 marked in our old records here. It feels like a long time when you look at the faded calendars we have kept in the drawers. The street outside is usually busy with scooters and people walking to the local shops. We have a small space where a few of us sit every day. It’s not a big corporate building with a lobby or security guards at the front. You just walk in and see us at our tables. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with papers and folders everywhere but we know where everything is kept. We talk about the weather or what’s for lunch while we handle our daily tasks. Pune has changed a lot since we started but this corner stays mostly the same. We don’t have a lot of meetings or long presentations. We just get the work done as it comes in. The windows let in some light but we mostly keep the curtains drawn when the sun hits that side of the building. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like the fact that we can walk to the nearby stalls for a quick snack. Most people who deal with us know we aren't about being flashy. We just stay here and keep things ticking along. It's a steady life.
