Emaar Properties Pjsc

You can find us over at Emaar Properties Pjsc in Pune. We are specifically located at D4-502 in the Shivsagar Apartment complex, which is part of Phase II in Manik Bag. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different from a typical business district. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and the walk up can be a bit of a workout if you don't use the lift. We have a nice view of the surrounding buildings from our balcony. Pune is a city we really enjoy, though the traffic near Manik Bag can be quite something during the rush hour. Our office setup is pretty basic, just a few computers and a printer that sometimes makes strange noises. We handle most of our business from here, sitting around the dining table that we converted into a workspace. It’s a casual environment where we can just talk to each other without having to schedule meetings. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most days it is just jeans and a t-shirt. The neighbors are friendly enough, and we try to keep the noise down so we don't bother them. Maharashtra is a big place, but this little corner of Pune feels like home to us. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay on top of everything. There isn't any fancy lobby or anything, just a regular door with our name on a small plaque. It’s just us working through our daily list.
