Elite Erectors Pvt Ltd is our business. We are located in Bavdhan, Pune. Our office is at D 65, Shagun Nisarg on NDA Pashan Road, in the Ramnagar Colony area. The PIN is 411021. Bavdhan is a good area for us because it’s a bit quieter than the heart of Pune, but still easy to get around from. We have been in this building for several years. The office is a bit of a mess sometimes, with hard hats and safety vests hanging near the door. We do a lot of steelwork and erection projects. It’s a lot of technical work. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s more like a group of people who know what they’re doing and just get on with it. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure trucks are on the way. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just part of the job. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea. It’s where most of our planning happens. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to make sure the structures we build are solid. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, but we are used to it. We’ve got a good reputation in the area just by word of mouth.
