Elite Builders

Elite Builders is a small operation we run out of New Sangvi in Pune. Our office is located at Flat No.-09, S.No.-74/2 in the Om Recidency building. The PIN code is 411027. It’s a bit unusual because we work out of a residential flat. It makes the whole place feel more like a home than a stiff office. We have a couple of rooms set up with computers and drafting tables. It’s a quiet spot, which is helpful when we are trying to figure out technical drawings. New Sangvi is a nice area, not as loud as the main parts of the city. We have been in this location for a while. Usually, there are only two or three of us in the office at any time. The rest are out at various building sites. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a big lobby. People usually just knock on the door. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat. We handle mostly local building projects around this part of Pune. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and suppliers. We have our fair share of problems, like when the internet goes out or when someone doesn't show up on time. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s a simple, honest way to work and we like it here.
