Elite Builder

Elite Builder is our company. We are based in Pune, specifically at Elite House. The address is 93/B/6, Senapati Bapat Road in the Model Colony area. We are located quite close to the SBI branch there. If you know that area, you know it is always bustling with people and cars. SB Road is one of those places that never really stops. Our office is in an older building, but it serves us well. We have been here for a long time. Inside, you’ll find a lot of rolled-up blueprints and folders stacked on every available surface. It’s a busy environment. We have a small team of people who handle the construction side and the office side. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on material costs. It’s a lot of back-and-forth every day. We usually have a pot of tea going. We aren't the type of people to sit in long meetings with slideshows. We’d rather be out at a site or just talking over a table. Being in Model Colony is great because everything is nearby. The only downside is finding a place to park your scooter or car. We’ve had to deal with that for years. We just focus on the building projects we have on hand. It’s hard work, and it can be stressful when deadlines are close. But we like what we do. It’s a straightforward way to make a living in the city.
