You can find us at Flat No A/401 in the Whistling Meadows building. It is located in Bhugaon, which is out near Mulshi. It is a bit of a trek from the main part of Pune, but the air is much better out here. Elev8Worx Llp is run from this flat. It is a quiet place to work, surrounded by some greenery and hills. The office is basically just a few rooms with desks and chairs set up. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a security guard at a front desk. It is just a home-style office where we can focus on what we need to do. The walk from the parking area to the flat is nice when it’s not raining too hard. We spend our days mostly on our laptops and having small meetings in the living room area. There isn't any corporate branding on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes pinned up. We like the peace and quiet of Bhugaon because it lets us get through our work without too many distractions. It is a simple, practical way to run things. We show up, do our tasks, and enjoy the view of the meadows when we take a break. It is just a small group of us working together. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup battery that keeps the lights and the internet going for a few hours. It’s a bit different from working in a skyscraper, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
