Our place is located at 254 Kharabewadi, right off the Chakan-Talegaon Road. It's a very busy industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside our gates. We work with hydraulics and pneumatic systems, mostly focusing on the technical side of heavy machinery and parts. The workshop is usually full of metal components, tools, and half-finished projects. It’s the kind of environment where you don’t really mind getting your hands a bit dirty or greasy. We’ve been here for several years, watching the road get busier and more companies move into the neighborhood. Our team is a mix of older mechanics who know every sound a machine makes and younger guys who are still learning the trade. We don't spend much time in meetings or sitting in front of computers; we’re usually out there looking at blueprints or testing a new hydraulic setup. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned with a build, and we have to stay late to figure out a mechanical issue, but that’s just the reality of this kind of work. It’s practical, honest stuff. We don’t have a big front office with plush chairs or anything like that. Most visitors just come straight to the shop floor to talk about what they need. We focus on the equipment and making sure it functions the way it’s supposed to. It’s loud, it’s often dusty, and there is always a lot of heavy lifting involved throughout the day.
