We are based out of Plot No.231 in Nigdi Pradhikaran. If you know Pune at all, you know this part of town has a lot of history with manufacturing. We deal with hydraulics and the pneumatic side of things every single day. It’s dusty work sometimes, but it’s what we know. Our workshop in Sector 27/A isn't some glass tower, it’s a place where things actually get built and fixed. We have a few machines that have been with us for years. They might look old, but they still run just fine. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we have a bit of a local feel even though the work is technical. Sometimes the rain in Pune makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we still open up on time. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We'd rather just spend that time checking the seals on a cylinder or making sure the pressure valves are behaving. There’s always some noise from the tools going, which is a sound we’ve gotten used to. We don't talk much about goals or vision statements. We just look at what needs to be fixed today and we get on with it. It’s pretty straightforward.
