Electronica Two Thousand One

Electronica Two Thousand One is located in Sadashiv Peth, right inside Madhav Heritage. If you know where Agraj Foods is, we are directly across from them. Being near Maharashtra Mandal means there is always something going on nearby. The shop is filled with all sorts of components and wires. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. Usually, there is a pile of things waiting to be looked at on the side table. We spend a lot of time checking circuits and testing parts. It’s often just us and the sound of the fan overhead. The neighborhood is pretty traditional, and we have been in this building for some time. We see the same people walking to the market every day. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a specific part someone asked for. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where most things are. The street gets crowded during lunch because of the food places nearby. We open up the shutters in the morning and stay until the evening. The floor is a bit worn down from people coming in and out. It’s just a regular electronics place where the work gets done slowly but surely. We don’t do anything flashy, just sit here and handle the technical stuff that people bring us. Sometimes we drink tea while waiting for a test to finish. That’s just how the day goes for us here in Sadashiv Peth.
