Our workplace is spread across units 37 and 44 in the Electronic Co-operative Estate. It is located right on the Pune-Satara Road. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other people making things and fixing things. We deal with mechatronics, so there is always some piece of equipment being taken apart or put back together. The space is a bit industrial, with concrete floors and plenty of workbenches. We are not the type of place that cares about having a fancy reception area. We would rather have more tools and testing equipment. The sounds of the road are always in the background, but we do not mind. We have got a crew here that knows their way around a circuit board. We do not write big mission statements or anything like that. We just take on the technical work as it comes in. Sometimes a project is easy and sometimes it keeps us late. We just do what needs to be done to get the electronics working correctly. The estate has its own rhythm and we have been a part of it for many years now. It is a practical place for practical work. We spend our time on the technical details and do not worry much about the rest. Most people find us through word of mouth in the industry. We just keep doing our thing here on the Satara Road. It is what we know.
