Our shop is tucked away in the Wanowarie area, specifically at A/7/8/1 in the Ganga Savera complex. We are right across from the Shivarkar Gardens, which makes us pretty easy to spot if you are familiar with the Wanwadi neighborhood. We handle all sorts of electrical goods and supplies. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we try to stock everything from basic wiring to more specific components that people might need for their homes. The shelves are packed and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a long time. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big corporate office or a team of marketing experts. It’s just us here, talking to contractors and neighbors who walk in looking for a particular switch or a length of cable. The gardens across the street are a nice view, though we don't get much time to sit and look at them. Most of our day is spent unloading boxes or helping someone figure out what they need for a repair job. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide the right parts at a fair price. It’s busy and sometimes a little disorganized, but we know where everything is and we just keep the shop running day by day.
