We’re located over in Mate Nagar, specifically at Devashish Sr.No. 39/3 in Vadgaon Sheri. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of Pune, but we’ve been here for a good while. We work with coating equipment and all that technical stuff. Our workshop isn't a showroom; it’s where we actually build and fix things. There’s usually some noise from the tools and a bit of grease on the floor. We aren't the type to wear suits to work. We’re mostly in our work clothes, figuring out how to make the machines run better. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s habits. Sometimes we disagree on how to fix a part, but we get it done eventually. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us working on a project. The building is just a standard place, nothing fancy to look at from the street. We focus on the equipment more than the decor. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. It’s just how we work. We don’t spend time on big speeches or fancy slogans. We just handle the orders and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. There’s always something to fix or a drawing to look over. We don't have a big HR department or anything, it's just the guys.
