You’ll find us in the Bhosari area, specifically in the Rajmata Industrial Estate. We are at number 58, which is inside Neelkanth Park. A good way to find us is to look for the Rose Garden in the M I D C; we are quite close to that, which is a nice change of pace from all the grey buildings around here. The workshop is where everything happens. It’s filled with bits of wire, soldering irons, and various components that we’re working on. It’s not always the cleanest place, as there’s usually some project spread out across the main workbench. We started out small and just kept adding more shelves and tools as we went along. The air in Bhosari can get a bit heavy with the smell of industry, but we have some big fans to keep things moving inside. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; most people just know we’re here in the estate if they need something electrical looked at. Our hours are a bit flexible—if we’re finishing a job, we might stay late, or if it’s a slow Tuesday, we might head out early. It’s just a few of us running the show, so we don't have any formal departments or managers. We just handle whatever comes through the door and try to keep the machines running right. It's practical work and we enjoy the hands-on nature of it.
