Our place is located in Ganraj Residency, specifically in Wing A, Flat 101. We are situated on Plot No. 83-88 in Tingre Nagar, over in the Dhanori area of Pune. To get here, you have to turn into Lane No-13, which most locals call Kekan Gas Lane. It is a bit of a narrow turn, but once you are in, the building is right there. We have been operating Elbee Express Pvt Ltd from this ground-level space for some time. The office has a very local feel to it, being right in a residential society. You can often see kids playing nearby or people heading out for groceries. Inside, we have a main area where the phones are always ringing and people are checking on deliveries. It is a bit noisy sometimes, but that is just the nature of the work we do. There is a small table in the corner where we keep the water filter and some mugs for tea. The walls are painted a plain white, and we have some maps pinned up to help with the routes. It is a functional space that works well for what we need to accomplish every day. We do not have a lot of extra room, so we have to keep things pretty tidy. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a friendly, neighborly vibe in the office that makes the day go by faster.
