We are based at 296/A/1/5, over in St. Patrick's Town in the Hadapsar area. El-O-Matic (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while, and we have seen how much this part of town has grown over the years. The structure we work out of is simple and fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. We focus on automation and industrial parts, mostly things like actuators and valves. It is very technical work, so most of our day is spent looking at diagrams or checking specifications. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the phones ringing or the air conditioner humming. Hadapsar is a busy place, and getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we make it work. We do not have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. We prefer it that way because it feels more like a real community business. We have some long-term clients who have been coming to us since we first opened our doors here. It is just a steady, honest way to make a living, and we are happy to be part of the local industry in this area.
