We are located at Plot No. 26/2 in the EL Block of M.I.D.C. Bhosari. If you know the area, you know it’s a huge place for engineering and manufacturing. Our shed is pretty standard for the neighborhood. We spend most of our time dealing with industrial supplies and fabrication work. The morning starts early here because the trucks like to get in before the traffic gets too heavy on the main road. We have a small crew and everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you might be answering the phone and the next you’re helping move a pallet. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything like that. Just the name on the gate so people know they’ve hit the right plot. The office is tucked away in the corner of the building. It’s mostly filled with old ledgers and catalogs for parts. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. It’s noisy because of the welding and the grinding, but you get used to it after a week. We don’t really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work that comes in and hope the power doesn't go out during a big job. It’s a simple operation where we focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the material is what the customer asked for. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
