You can find our office at C-1 Sundar Park, located in the Manikbaug area along Singhgad Road in Pune. We are Eisha Group, and we are part of the larger Goel Ganga Group. Even though we are connected to a bigger name, our office here feels very local. Singhgad Road is always busy with traffic and people going about their lives, and we’re right in the middle of it. We focus on real estate and construction projects. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place to work and meet with people who are interested in our buildings. We have a lot of site visits to do, so the office can be empty at times while we’re out on the road. We don't spend money on expensive decor or a big lobby. We’d rather focus on making sure our projects are moving along as they should. The team here is experienced, and we’ve seen how Pune has grown over the years. We don't use polished corporate language or make huge promises we can't keep. We just tell you what the project is and when it will be finished. It’s a practical way of working. We enjoy being in the Manikbaug neighborhood and seeing the city evolve. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We just keep things moving, one day at a time. It’s how we’ve always done it.
