Eiffel Developers & Reators Ltd is located in Vishrantwadi, Pune. We are in the Kasturba Housing Society, specifically Deepa Apartment, C/2, Flat No 8. This part of Pune-15 has a lot of history and we’ve been here for a good while. The society is a quiet place compared to the main road. Our office is basically a converted flat, so it feels very much like a home. We have a kitchen area where we make tea and a main room where we do all the work. It’s full of folders and rolls of building plans. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood or folks looking to move into the area. We know the local builders and the other real estate people around here. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just waiting for a phone call or a document to arrive. Other days, we are on our feet from sunrise to sunset. We don't have a big corporate team. It's just a few of us who know the business well. We like the Vishrantwadi area because it’s well-connected but still feels like a proper neighborhood. We just keep working away at our projects, one at a time. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy and we enjoy being part of the local scene here. The stairs to the flat are a bit steep but good exercise.
