Our office is tucked away in Shree Shilp over in Kirti Nagar. If you’re familiar with the New Sanghavi area in Pune, you probably know the lane. Eiffel Developers & Realtors has been around here for quite some time now. We aren't one of those massive firms with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller team here, which we actually prefer. The traffic in Pune is getting worse every year, so we’re glad our spot is a bit easier to get to for the locals. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and property documents. The walls are covered with sketches of buildings and some old photos of the neighborhood. People often drop in just to ask what the prices are doing these days. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big meeting. Usually, it's just shirts and trousers. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the stall down the road while we go over the blueprints. It’s a busy life, especially on weekends when everyone wants to see houses. The office feels a bit cramped when more than three people visit at once, but it works for us. We’ve seen New Sanghavi grow so much since we started. It’s a lively place to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. The desk by the window is the best spot during the rains.
