You can find us in Magarpatta City, specifically in the Jasminium building. It’s a very busy part of Pune, especially with all the IT offices around Hadapsar. We are at G 403. Eiffel Developers & Realtors Ltd. has had this branch here to keep up with how fast the city is growing. It’s a lot different from the quieter parts of town. There are always people moving about and something new being built. Our office is a bit more modern because of the location, but we still keep things pretty basic. We focus on property development and helping folks find a place to stay or invest in. The windows give us a good view of the garden areas, which is nice when things get stressful. We have a lot of walk-ins here because of the foot traffic in Magarpatta. The coffee machine gets a lot of use every single morning. We spend a fair amount of time on the phone or responding to messages. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try not to let it get to us. We’ve been part of this community for a while and have seen Jasminium fill up over the years. It’s a good spot for a real estate business. We just try to keep things moving and stay organized with all the different projects we have going on. The security guards at the gate know us well by now since we are in and out.
