You can find us over in Navi Peth here in Pune. It’s an older part of the city, which we like because it feels more grounded than the new tech parks. Our office is a straightforward place. We handle a lot of the regional stuff for the company from this location. It’s not a massive building with a lobby; it’s more of a functional workspace where the focus is on getting the numbers right and keeping the records straight. The streets around Navi Peth are usually busy with students and local shoppers, so there is always a bit of life outside our windows. Inside, we just get on with it. We have a small team here and we’ve all worked together for a long time. There isn't much hierarchy in how we talk to each other. If something needs fixing or a report needs finishing, whoever is free just hops on it. We deal with a lot of technical details that might seem boring to some, but it’s what we know. The office is often full of folders and technical manuals. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy lunch meetings. Mostly, we just eat at our desks or head out to a local spot for some quick food. It’s a practical way to run things. We are just a small part of a much bigger name, but here in Pune, we keep things simple and honest while we work.
