We have been set up at Survey No. 143 for quite some time now. It is a busy spot on the Pune-Sinhagad Road, and you can usually hear the traffic from inside the workshop. Efficient Machine Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. Some of the guys have been working here since the very beginning. We mostly deal with various parts and accessories for machines. It gets pretty dusty, and the constant noise of the machines is just something we are used to by now. Wadgaon Dhairy is a decent area to work in, though the commute can be a bit of a hassle in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We do not really bother with fancy brochures or marketing stuff. Most people just know where we are located. Usually, someone walks in with a specific part they need or they have a question about a certain accessory, and we just check the shelves to see if we have it. The office is small and mostly just has enough room for a desk and some old filing cabinets. We keep things simple. It is a lot of metal, oil, and regular daily work. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things. The weather in Pune stays nice for a good part of the year, which is helpful when we are loading stuff out back. Most days are just about getting orders sorted. It is just us doing what we know.
