Eela Welfare Foundation

We’ve set up our office at the Sonigara Landmark building in Pune. We are in Hall No. 408. The address is Sr No 207/1/1, if you’re looking for us on a map. It’s a busy enough spot, and there’s always something happening in the building. At Eela Welfare Foundation, we don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Our office is basically just a large room where we’ve set up some workstations. It can get a bit noisy when the traffic outside picks up, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the actual foundation work. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. We just have a list of things that need to be done every week and we try to tick them off. Sometimes we get behind, sometimes we’re ahead, but we’re always working. It’s a plain and simple life here in Pune. We drink our tea, talk to the people who come in, and keep our records in order. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just know what our jobs are. It’s a practical way of doing things and it works for us. If you’re ever in the area, that’s where you’ll find us, just sitting at our desks and getting on with the day. Nothing too fancy.
