We've been working out of our office at Parvati Hights for a while now. It's tucked away right behind the Kothrud PMT bus stand. Most people find us easily because of that landmark, but Flat No 13 is where the actual work happens. Being in Pune, specifically Kothrud, keeps us busy. We mostly handle consulting stuff day in and day out. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and blueprints, but that's just how it goes when you're focusing on getting things right. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where the team sits down and looks over files. Most of us have been living in the area for years, so we know the traffic patterns around the bus stand quite well. If you’re coming by, just look for the heights building. We usually have someone at the desk from morning until evening. It isn't a huge operation, just a handful of us trying to stay on top of the projects we have on our plate. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for all those big corporate speeches. It’s mostly about the daily grind here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep doing our thing from this flat in Kothrud. Usually, the tea guy comes by around eleven, and that's when we take a small break. Otherwise, we're mostly glued to the desks. It gets a bit noisy near the bus stand, but you get used to it.
