Edge Interiors & Plywood

Edge Interiors & Plywood is located near Parihar Chowk in Khondhwa. The shop is at 49/714, right where the traffic usually starts to pile up in the afternoons. We sell a lot of plywood and help people figure out their interior stuff. It’s a dusty place because of all the wood being moved around. Sawdust gets into everything, even my tea cup if I’m not careful. We spend the day lifting heavy sheets of ply and showing different laminates to people who come in. Everyone wants something different for their kitchen or cupboards. We aren't designers with fancy degrees. We just know what wood works for what job. Khondhwa is a busy area, so we get a lot of walk-ins. Sometimes they just want to chat or look at samples. We don't mind. It’s part of being a local shop. The back of the shop is crowded with stock, and sometimes it's hard to find exactly what someone is looking for right away. We eventually find it under a pile of something else. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where you can see the actual materials. We keep things simple and try to be helpful when someone is confused about which board to buy. It’s a lot of physical labor and plain talk. That is how we run things here. We just try to get the orders delivered and keep the shop organized as best we can.
