We run E.C.P. Housing (India) Pvt. Ltd. from an apartment in Pune. We are located at Flat No.16 in Khurshid Apartment, which is right near Gadital in the Hadapsar area. Being in Pune-28 puts us in a very busy part of the city. We focus on housing, trying to help people get into homes that suit their needs. It’s a lot of paperwork, dealing with banks, and visiting construction sites to see how the apartments are coming along. Our office isn't a storefront, it's a regular flat where we sit and do our work. Hadapsar has grown a lot lately, so there is always something happening in the real estate market. We try to keep things simple and honest with our clients. We aren't a massive developer with billboards everywhere. We just work with a few projects at a time so we can keep an eye on things. Sometimes the market is slow, other times it’s frantic. We spend a lot of time stuck in Pune traffic going between our office and different sites. It’s just the way it is here.
