Our office is located at 145, just off the main Mumbai-Pune Road. It is one of those spots that is easy to miss if you are driving too fast. The traffic on the road is something we deal with every single morning and evening. It can be quite a struggle just getting into the parking area some days. We’ve been here at Eaton Technologies for a bit, focusing on the technical side of things. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing that stands out from the other blocks along this stretch. Inside, it’s mostly rows of desks and people concentrating on their computers. We don't have any big flashy signs inside, just some whiteboards with scribbles and a few water coolers that get a lot of use. The air conditioning is usually humming in the background, trying to keep the place decent when it’s boiling outside. We have a small area where we eat lunch, mostly bringing tiffins from home. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the occasional meeting where everyone is trying to figure out a problem. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; it's just a functional space for us to do our jobs. Sometimes the power flickers and we all have to wait for the generators to kick in. It’s just the usual routine for us here in this part of town. We keep things simple and just focus on getting through the workload we have each week.
