Our place is located at 6/57 in Alingiam West, which is part of Kurumandur in the Gobi area of Erode. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big cities, but we like it that way. We work on technology projects here. It is mostly us sitting at our workstations and going through code or system designs. The building is simple and does not stand out much from the other buildings on the road. Inside, it is just a regular office setup. We have a small area for breaks where we usually talk about things other than work. The weather can get quite warm in Tamil Nadu, so we are thankful for the fans and the shade we have. We are not a huge team, so everyone knows everyone else’s name. It feels more like a local group than a big company. We deal with technical things every day, but we try to explain them in plain words to each other. People around Kurumandur know we are here at 6/57. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful. There is not any fancy marketing or polished speeches here. We just come in, do our tech work, and go home. It is a honest way to earn a living. The pace is steady, and we just keep at it day after day without much fuss. It works for us.
