We are located over in Pune, specifically the Varje area on N.D.A. Road. Our office is near the Jeevan Shikshan Vidya Mandir school, inside Chaudhari Chwal. It’s a busy little neighborhood with lots of families and kids running around. Even though the name mentions Uganda, we are right here in Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad. The building is just a standard one like all the others around here. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep the projects moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at plans. It can get pretty noisy when school lets out, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just a few of us in a room getting the work done. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up for breaks. It’s a practical setup for what we do. Pune is a big city but this part of Varje feels more like a community. We know the people next door and they know us. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. No big secrets to it. Just a local office doing builder work and engineering tasks. We stay busy with the local projects and try to keep things simple and honest.
