Earthjoys Impex LLP is located at Row House No. 01 in Hakimi Baug, which is in the Tilekar Nagar area of Kondhwa BK. Since we are in a row house, the atmosphere is a lot different than a typical office building. It feels much more like a home, and we like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. We handle various import and export duties from here, mostly sitting at our computers and talking to suppliers. The area is relatively quiet compared to the main parts of Pune, though Tilekar Nagar is definitely seeing more traffic these days. Our office doesn't have any big signs or corporate logos everywhere. It’s just a place where a few of us get together to manage our trading business. We often have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be finished before the day ends. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows while we are on calls. We don't use any fancy management software or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what orders have come in and figure out the best way to get them shipped out. It’s a small, practical operation that suits our style of working. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it has become a very familiar routine for all of us. No big secrets, just people working in a row house.
