Our place is at Plot No. A-63 in the MIDC area of Kurkumbh. That’s in the Daund Taluka. It’s a very industrial area, so there are factories and labs all around us. We are Earthchem Laboratories and we spend our days doing chemical testing and research. It’s a lot of white coats and glassware. The MIDC can be a bit dusty and hot, especially in the summer months, but it’s the right place for the kind of work we do. We have our lab set up with the equipment we need to analyze different samples. It’s not the kind of place you just walk into for a chat; you usually have a reason to be out here in Daund. We have a small team of technicians who are very used to the routine of testing and recording results. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We just give them the data they asked for. The lab is functional and we keep it clean because that’s the only way to get accurate results. Being out in Kurkumbh means we are away from the city noise, which helps us concentrate on the details. We just keep our heads down and focus on the chemistry. It’s quiet, steady work that helps other industries keep moving along safely. We’ve been here a while and know our way around the estate.
